Refund/Cancellation Policy

Seminar Cancellations

Registration fees will be refunded if a notice of cancellation is received by American Orthodontics no later than seven calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the seminar. Notices of cancellation received after seven calendar days are not refundable. In order to cancel a paid registration to a seminar, send an email with your name, mailing address, telephone number and the name of the seminar for which you are requesting a refund of fees to the following email address: webadmin@americanortho.com

If a seminar is cancelled by American Orthodontics for any reason, all fees that were paid in advance will be refunded.

Credit Card Refunds

Fees paid by credit card will be refunded back to the original credit card that was used to register for a seminar. Please allow 4-5 days for the refund to be applied back to the credit card.

Course Introduction

In orthodontics, HARMONY is the state of equilibrium achieved by the perfected coalescence of facial aesthetics, skeletal balance, and a full functioning dentition.

HARMONY is the first and only fully customized lingual appliance incorporating self ligating technology, and was developed to satisfy both of these concepts in a user friendly environment.

A specially structured, comprehensive one-day course provides participants with the necessary core foundation of knowledge and techniques required to effortlessly and seamlessly integrate HARMONY into one's practice.

Course Description

SESSION 1

HARMONY overview: The philosophy, origin, development, and underlying fundamental principles will be detailed. The concept of a "Global System", what it is comprised of and how it can contribute to treatment efficiency and effectiveness will be defined.

SESSION 2

Treating with HARMONY: The principles of clinical procedures and techniques necessary for successful treatment with HARMONY will be demonstrated.

  • Completing the prescription sheet
  • Bonding the case — A to Z
  • Arch wires — selection and sequencing
  • Arch wire change — technique and tips
