American Orthodontics cordially invites all residents and educators to visit our corporate headquarters in Wisconsin to learn firsthand how orthodontic products are manufactured. We want to make your visit memorable as well as educational. During your tour of our factory you will learn how brackets and buccal tubes are injection molded to precise tolerances, how our skilled employees take pride in the quality of their work, and how we have incorporated robotics and automation to compete against other companies that have taken their production overseas. We feel that you will better appreciate the quality and performance of the orthodontic products that you use once you experience how they are manufactured. Over 93% of the products that we sell are manufactured at our plant, so you will be exposed to many unique and eye-opening processes.
There is no better way to experience Wisconsin in the summer than by relaxing at one of our cabins on the shores of Lake Michigan - and no visit to American Orthodontics is complete without catching a salmon or two on one of the fishing charters we provide for your school.
To learn more about visiting American Orthodontics, check out our photos and links on this page or contact Kevin Reinemann to inquire about availability for your school. Photos and information about local events will be updated regularly, so check back often. If you happen to capture a great photo during your visit we would love to post it in our gallery - just upload it below along with your name and we will post it for everyone to see.
